I started my unexpected career in the field of sales of telecommunications services in Teledirekt in March 2016 as a Field Collector. At the time, it seemed to be just a temporary job. The dynamics of the job, the young team and the positive work environment awakened the desire to stay, prove myself and progress in this kind of work.
So far, I have gone through the job of Team Leader, Scheduling Operator and Back Office Manager. This development path has contributed to my love of the business, understanding of how the system works and gaining experience in jobs performed in different sectors of the company.
