My development path in the company begins in October 2016. I got a job as a Field Salesman, which for me was a good basis for everything. In April 2017, I became a Team Leader.
I have taught people in my team to be people first and only then salespeople. That’s the only way to get results. Working with people and good results brought me to a new position, Advisor to the General Manager for the sales function, where I was since October 2018. Adequate control, plans and results bring me to the position of Field Sales Director in 2019. Thanks to good sales results, in October 2020 I became the Sales Director.
I have been building my motivation with challenges. I have had a goal and worked on achieving that goal every day.
I think that my development path has been a real challenge. All obstacles on that path have been lessons and inspiration for me to continue further and better. I am grateful for the given opportunity by our company which has always been able to recognize true values.
